My research focuses on the conditions under which children and young people grow up; the opportunities for participation available to people with a migrant background or those living in poverty; and how social participation and diversity can be fostered in a society characterised by migration. I am primarily interested in people’s everyday lives and their stories, rather than in statistical data.
