My research bridges the gap between basic pharmacology and clinical practice. It helps to ensure that medicines can be used effectively and safely. It is important to bear in mind that children may respond differently to drug therapy than adults. It is therefore important to understand the interactions between the body and medicines in children and to adjust dosages to suit their age.
