My research
My research focuses on the influence of reform-minded rabbis on Jewish emancipation in the first half of the 19th century – which is hardly relevant to today’s society and the challenges it faces, is it? By this I mean the coexistence of different people sharing a common homeland and their understandings of belonging – which has a great deal to do with our present day!
