My research

I have dedicated my life to performing, researching and promoting the music of the Middle Ages and the Early Modern period. I love following in the footsteps of a bygone era, recapturing the aesthetic of that time through its musical forms of expression, and rediscovering sounds once thought to be lost. This includes proposing reconstructions of fragmentary musical traditions and instruments, as well as experimenting with playing techniques and performing with like-minded musicians.
