My research

My current research focuses on 20th-century architectural history and Switzerland’s industrial heritage. Among other things, in my Master’s thesis I examined the heritage value of sewage treatment works in Switzerland from the 1970s to the 1990s, as well as their significance in terms of architectural and technical history for post-war infrastructure. I am particularly interested in the influence of social and political trends on architecture.
