My research

My research focuses on teachers’ competencies and resources in coping with professional demands and stress. My areas of focus are self-regulation, self-efficacy and playfulness. I am also interested in the interactive processes between teachers and pupils in relation to learning and development. In this context, I am particularly interested in a differential and longitudinal perspective.
