Mes recherches

My research focuses on sustainability and democracy in alternative global food value chains and on the transformation of agri-food systems in the broader sense. In my PhD thesis, I examined practices, discourses and policy measures relating to the transition to low-pesticide agriculture. I am interested in the behaviour and decision-making of actors within the agri-food system, as well as interdisciplinary and transdisciplinary research.
