My research

How do we experience and understand the world through the use, maintenance, construction and control of technology? For me, this question arose not from everyday contexts, but from my examination of the sciences. In art and technology, but also in scientific models, we bring symbols and objects together: we compose works. These works are worlds that we experience through participation and explore in a way that gives them meaning. Whether it is a novel or a city: we seek our bearings and eventually find our way around.
