My research
I am conducting research into native and non-native insect pests in the forest. On the one hand, I am looking at how such organisms can be detected and how their spread can be monitored. On the other hand, I am interested in the impact these insects have on forest health, what measures can be taken to combat this in valuable forests, and how their biology and potential for damage are changing under the influence of climate change.
