Meine Forschung
Our research focuses on the mental health of elite athletes. It aims to understand and improve their well-being by examining measures at the individual level, within their environment, within sports federations and within the national sports system. Our work covers topics such as self-compassion and social support, and emphasises the need for holistic strategies to promote mental health in sport.
