My research

I am interested in how young people can promote and maintain their mental health, and how prevention programmes should be designed to ensure they are used and to minimise the incidence of mental health disorders. To this end, I use various methods, such as qualitative interviews or smartphone-based measurements in everyday life, to examine the topic from different perspectives.
