My research

My research focuses on how science works. I am particularly interested in how science is funded and governed by politics. Broadly speaking, my work concerns the relationship between science and society. That is why, in my research, I also examine how science regulates itself – for example, through researchers reviewing, evaluating and criticising each other’s work (peer review, research misconduct).
