My research

The focus is on the school, the teachers and the school management, as well as, of course, the parents and pupils. How can schools use targeted strategies to improve pupils’ learning conditions and raise the quality of education? What characteristics define education systems in which all pupils have the opportunity to achieve educational goals in line with their abilities? What routines have schools put in place – and how can dysfunctional routines be changed?
