My research
I wrote my PhD thesis in sociology on the marriage practices of heterosexual and homosexual couples in Switzerland, examining how this emotionally and legally significant step is celebrated today and what the practice of marriage creates for the couple and for society. In other research projects, I have also examined gender relations in academia.
