My research
My primary area of research is dogmatics: how the Christian faith is conceived and expressed today, and on what basis. Among other things, I have studied the theologians Friedrich Schleiermacher and Karl Barth at length. My second area of focus is the discourse on religion and spirituality, its critical interpretation and an assessment of its role in theology, the Church and society. Ultimately, I am becoming increasingly interested in the dialogue between law and theology.
