My research

I am researching the processes of social integration of (migrant) families and the integration of children from these families into the school system. My focus is on the mechanisms underpinning educational success, specifically the prevention of learning and behavioural difficulties. I am investigating the factors that lead to positive outcomes despite challenging circumstances. The aim is to ensure their healthy development within their respective contexts and at each stage of life. This requires investment from birth onwards.
